At AIQ Technologies ("AIQ Tech", "AIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. One-Time Setup Fee

  • Non-Refundable Fee: The one-time setup fee of $50 USD covers personalized account setup, one advisory session, lifetime access to our expert-designed strategies, and complete portfolio visibility. This fee is non-refundable once the account setup process has been initiated.

  • Exception: If you decide to cancel your account before the account setup process has begun (i.e., before the scheduled account setup call), you may request a refund of the setup fee by contacting our support team within 14 days of payment.

2. Advisory Services

Individual Advisory Sessions

  • Cancellation and Refunds:

    • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled advisory session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with sufficient notice are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

    • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or failure to attend the session ("no-show") are not eligible for a refund.

Monthly and Annual Advisory Plans

  • Monthly Plans:

    • Non-Refundable: Monthly advisory plan fees are non-refundable.

    • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Plans:

    • 30-Day Refund Window: If you cancel within 30 days of your annual plan purchase, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining months.

    • After 30 Days: Cancellations made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Your service will continue until the end of the subscription period.

3. Portfolio Management Services

  • Management Fees:

    • Non-Refundable: Monthly and annual management fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

    • Cancellation: You may cancel the service at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Performance Fees:

    • Non-Refundable: Performance fees are calculated based on your portfolio's performance and are non-refundable once charged.

4. Custom Plans and Additional Services

  • Custom Agreements: Fees for custom plans or additional services are governed by the terms specified in the respective agreement. Please refer to your contract for refund policies related to these services.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Us: To request a refund or discuss any concerns regarding charges, please contact our support team:

  • Information Required: Please provide your full name, account number, the service in question, and the reason for your refund request.

  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Resolution First: We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues or disputes.

  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

  • Updates: We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

  • Notification: We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website.
